Ready To Schedule Lessons?

You are paying for your child's time slot on our schedule. There may or may not be prorations or makeup days (this does not apply to lessons are cancelled by the instructor for weather or illness). This will be decided on a case by case basis.

Your child may need additional lessons beyond the original expected/scheduled time frame. 6-8 weeks is simply an estimate. You may be required to pay for additional lessons. Some instances may be discounted or complimentary however this will be decided on a case by case basis. 

If you have a planned vacation that will occur during your child's scheduled lesson weeks, please email me before scheduling. Missed lessons can hinder progress and cause additional weeks. The policies above apply and you may be required to pay for the week you are missing, since you are paying for your child’s time slot. This will be decided on a case by case basis, depending on the instructors scheduling flexibility.

ISR Lessons are 10 min/day, 5 days per week, Mon-Fri for an average of 6-8 weeks. Please plan scheduling accordingly. 

Once you select a target start date and time slot on the scheduler, you will be prompted to pay for the first week of lessons to secure their time slot on our schedule (first three lessons for traditional lessons).

First week's lesson fee deposit will only be refunded if you give a minimum of 1 week cancellation or scheduling change notice.

Further instructions will be emailed to you immediately once scheduling and payment have been completed.  Be sure to check your spam folder for this and read thoroughly and save. The email will come from an email ending in @webacccomplice.org.

If you qualify for a discount, you will need to pay the standard deposit to secure time slots for each child.  For first responder discount, please email me the name and dept. of the first responder and an adjustment will be made toward the second week.  For all discounts, I will adjust on my end and you will receive credit for future weeks.
