Q: Are there any other differences in the Flex Day ISR Lessons and the 5 day ISR lessons outside of the new schedule structure?
Not really! Lesson fees, policies and procedures still apply. You can find out more about ISR lessons at my website www.rockettisrandswim.com.
Q: Is the 5 day per week ISR lesson schedule still available?
Currently, Yes! As of August 2025, families may choose between the 5 day plan or the 4 day plan for ISR lessons.
Q: Can I switch to 5 days/week after starting the Flex Plan?
Currently, Yes! As of August 2025, families may choose to switch to 5 days/week to speed up progress, make up for missed time, or better fit their schedule. Changes can be made mid-session on a case by case basis based on availability.
Q: How does the 5th day work for make-ups?
If your family has a scheduling conflict, illness, or other issue during the week, the 5th day (usually Friday) may be used for make-up lessons when available. This keeps your child on track without extending the program unnecessarily.
Q: Will my child progress slower with 4 days instead of 5?
Most students need 30–40 lessons to become fully skilled, though every child is different. With the Flex Plan’s 4-day schedule, the program typically takes anywhere from 6 to 10 weeks to complete. Progress may be slightly slower with 4 days/week compared to 5, but with consistent attendance, most children complete the program at some point within this 6–10 week estimated timeframe.
Q: Can the Flex Plan be used for both new and returning students?
Yes! It works well for beginners and for refreshers.
The policies above apply as of August 2025. Policies may change for future seasons. Please reach out with any questions about current Flex Day Lesson Policies.
